About Us

The Instrumentation and Energy Research Community (IMERCY) is a student organization under the Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidisciplinary, Universitas Airlangga, focusing on research and development in the fields of instrumentation, energy systems, and sustainable technologies. IMERCY aims to serve as a platform for students with a passion for technological innovation and energy solutions, particularly in the areas of sustainability and energy efficiency. The organization encourages its members not only to understand theoretical concepts but also to apply them through various practical activities, such as research, technology-based project development, and implementing solutions to real challenges in instrumentation and energy. With a research and collaborative approach, IMERCY is committed to creating impactful innovations that benefit society and contribute to the advancement of science and technology in Indonesia.

IMERCY is divided into 2 divisions, technical and nontechnical. Where technical consists of subdivisions IoT Engineer, Renewable Energy Engineer, Mechanical, and Scientific Writer. while nontechnical consists of Creative, Public Relations, Administration, Finance.

Our Vision

To become a superior BSO in developing innovative technologies that support the application of renewable energy, including instrumentation, monitoring systems, control systems, and to actively contribute to creating positive impacts for society through research applied to community service.
